Terms & Conditions
These terms explain the basis on which Umrah Hospitality provides quotations, coordinates travel services and handles booking requests. Your final quotation and booking confirmation will identify the services, suppliers, prices and conditions that apply to your trip.
Quotations and availability
Website prices and estimates are indicative. Flights, hotels, visas, transport and other services remain subject to availability and written confirmation. A booking is not confirmed until the required payment is received and written confirmation is issued.
Traveller information
You are responsible for providing accurate names, passport details, contact information and travel requirements. Please check all documents promptly and tell us about any error before tickets or other services are issued.
Passports, visas and entry requirements
Travellers are responsible for holding valid passports and meeting health, visa and entry requirements. Visa decisions and processing times are controlled by the relevant authorities and cannot be guaranteed.
Payments, changes and cancellations
Payment deadlines, cancellation charges, amendment fees and refund conditions depend on the services and suppliers included in your booking. These will be stated in your quotation or confirmation. Supplier charges may apply once services are reserved or issued.
Suppliers and travel changes
Flights, accommodation, transport and related services may be provided by third-party suppliers. Schedules, hotel allocations and operational details can change. We will communicate material changes and available options where reasonably possible.
Traveller responsibility and insurance
Travellers should follow safety guidance, arrive on time and behave lawfully and respectfully. Suitable travel insurance is strongly recommended, including cover for medical needs, cancellation and disruption.
